Delivery Policy

The delivery time of our products may vary according to the region of delivery, product availability and payment method. Under any circumstances, the delivery time began starts counting from the delivery of the product to the transport company.

Our deliveries are made between 8AM until 6PM, Mondays to Saturdays throughout the Swiss national territory by contracted carriers or by the Post Office service.

Important Tips

Pay attention to the product description and Datasheet (color, dimension, etc.); Keep the original product package, manuals, items and accessories that come with your product in good conditions, in case of exchange or return, these items will be inspected;

Always check if the items on your order are correct at the time of delivery.

 

Exchange and return policy

To keep respect and our credibility with our customers, Valentine Sleepwear create a policy of exchange and return according to the standards of imported products.

If the product you received is not as ordered, you have a period of 7 days upon receipt to request an exchange.

General considerations

Return for regret/withdrawal

  • The product must be shipped in the original package, without violation.
  • The product label must be intact and fixed to the product.
  • The product must not show signs of use or washing;

It is important to emphasize that we will not receive return of products that have odor, evidence of misuse or modifications, and that are unlabeled.

As soon as we receive the products, our Quality Control Department will carry out an analysis to confirm the conditions mentioned above, and will release it for refund or reversal of the transaction.

If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, it will be returned to the sender without prior consultation.

Defective product

If the product shows any imperceptible defect upon receipt, you can contact Valentine Sleepwear within 7 days (seven days) upon the receive and request an exchange or return.

The refund or exchange of defective products will only be carried out after receipt and careful analysis of its condition.

EXCHANGE/RETURN MAY BE REFUSED AND THE MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO THE SENDER IN CASE OF:

  • Absence of defect (if no damage pointed by the client is reported by the Quality Control Department).
  • Natural tear as a result of use.
  • Evidence of accidental or provoked damage.
  • Inadequate washing of the product, not following the washing instructions.
  • Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.
